Usability

What is Usability?

Usability describes how easy, efficient, and intuitive a website, mobile app, or other digital product is to use. It includes how easily users can understand the interface, navigate between screens, find the information they need, and complete actions without unnecessary difficulty or confusion.

Why it matters

Good usability helps users accomplish their goals with less effort and makes a mobile application easier to learn and use. Clear navigation, understandable labels, accessible controls, and logical user flows can improve the overall experience and reduce mistakes. When creating a mobile app with a no-code app builder, usability should be considered when selecting templates, arranging interface elements, and building navigation between app screens.

Example

A booking app allows a customer to choose a service, select an available time, enter the required information, and confirm the booking through a clear sequence of screens. The user can complete the entire process without additional instructions.
